In a continuous effort to improve the website, we’ve added secure User Accounts. There are many benefits to having your own User Account:

  • Information displayed to the general public is concise while giving residents options more relevant to their needs.
  • Sensitive material is kept out of the public view.
  • Ability to identify yourself in news comments and message board posts.
  • Allows you to receive notifications when pages you are interested in are updated.
  • And, many more features.

Currently the only restricted pages are in the Financial and Download sections. As more people sign up for logins and we receive feedback from homeowners and the Board, we may restrict additional pages like Work Requests, Report Violations, and the Message Board.
